Admin Assistant


  • Assisting in the after-sale department administrative task
  • Generate and submit monthly workshop productivity
  • Monitoring of any unclosed invoices and Work In Process and send out reminders to Service Advisors.
  • Other adhoc duties as and when assigned


  • Experienced in administration or customer service-related work.
  • Must be able to speak English & Chinese (other language subjective).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Responsible and hard working
  • Computer knowledge efficiency.
  • Positive attitude towards delivering customer service excellence and job requirement.
