CUSTOMER CUM SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

• Receiving customers’ and dealers’ motor vehicles

• Maintain strong relationship with customers with the aim to increasing sales

• Promote services and looking for opportunities to expand clientele base

• Attend to customer concerns and requests for their vehicle servicing and ensure customer satisfaction

• Strive to achieve sales targets

• Liaise with various departments on the work require

• Follow up and communicate with customers on the status of their vehicles

• Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager

 

Requirement:

• Minimum NTC in Automotive or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years working experience preferred

• Possess Class 3 driving license

• Good customer service

• Pleasant disposition and good communication skills
