Dear Valued Customers,

To protect the health and well-being of our employees, customers and partners, we implemented the following precautionary measures at our premises as of 24 March 2020:

• Temperature screening at our entrance

• We apologize for any inconvenience caused as we will decline entry to our premises for anyone that:

• register a temperature of 37.5°C and above;
• are unwell with respiratory symptoms;
• have travel history in the last 14 days or;
• had close contact with any persons warded for observation or diagnosed as a suspected/probable case in the last 14 days

• The frequency of cleaning and disinfection of our premises has been increased

• Hand sanitizer is available in our premises

• A health and travel history declaration form for all visitors are required to submit prior to entering our premises

We will continue to closely monitor the situation to ensure that our customers, partners and colleagues’ well-being is safeguarded.
